Healing through our roots – Family Constellations.

This weekend invites you to recognise the hidden dynamics of your family system and to immerse yourself in a healing journey of self-exploration, allowing various themes in your life to transform.

Through the transformative method of Osho Family Constellations as taught by Svagito Liebermeister—grounded in mindfulness, stillness, meditation, and an embodied approach—a space arises for deep inner insight and the harmonisation of soul movements.

In a safely and consciously held field, family imprints can become visible, and old entanglements can be transformed into new freedom—not through analysis, but through direct experience.

This self-exploration is open to people of all genders and gender identities, as well as all sexual orientations, and includes:

• Active / Dynamic Meditation (Osho Active Meditations such as Kundalini Meditation, Dynamic Meditation, Chakra Breathing Meditation)

• Individual Constellations: One person brings a clear issue, and others represent people or themes from that person’s system

• Group Exercises: Mini constellations in teams or with the whole group

All participants are welcome to do their own constellation. Alternatively, one may choose to represent or simply observe. There is no price difference, and everyone benefits—regardless of the role—as the work always touches one’s own themes as well.

No prior experience is necessary; however, this work does require a willingness to look deeply and to treat oneself and others with love and respect.
